19th Century Handmade Belt Knife with Crown Stag Handle
Ex Coll. Stephen Hench

The blade of this unique knife was made using an old saw. The tang is secured with two copper rivets and poured pewter or lead ferrule.

The clip point blade is signed with either the maker or owners name and is only partially legible.

Overall length is 15 & 7/8 inches and the blade measures 10 & ¼ inches. The owner had multiple uses in mind when he had this knife made. It is in nice old condition.
